Rebecca is a yoga teacher and astrology guide for sensitive women who want to understand their emotions and themselves.
Her work lives at the intersection of yoga, the Moon, breathwork, and meditation. She uses the Moon's lens and her ever-changing phases as a doorway for women who feel deeply to understand their emotions, calm their nervous systems, and truly get to know themselves.
Astrology entered her life through the same door as yoga: a deep longing to understand patterns in the sky, in the body, and in the heart. As a Pisces Sun, Cancer Moon, and Cancer Rising, she knows what it means to feel everything. The Moon, especially, has become a profound teacher for her. Her phases don't just move the tides, they move us.
For over 20 years, yoga has been her anchor. She has been teaching since 2017 and holds more than 1,700 hours of training in yoga, yoga therapy, yin, and yoga nidra. Her style is eclectic and intuitive, flowing movement layered with slower, softer practices, breath, and stillness.
The heart of what she offers is Bloom to the Moon, a monthly membership that begins on the New Moon and closes on the Full Moon. Each cycle includes beginner-friendly astrology, yoga, guided reflection, and meditation. No fancy background needed, just you, the Moon, and an open heart. 🌙
Hi, I'm Rebecca. I'm a yoga teacher, yoga therapist, astrologer, avid hiker, mother, seeker, tea lover, book reader, and someone who never stops learning.
I live in Denver, Colorado with my husband, I have two grown children who will always be my greatest accomplishment, and two mini goldendoodles who keep me walking and smiling every day.
I didn't come to yoga because I was searching for something spiritual. I came because I saw a 90-year-old woman doing the splits on Jay Leno and wanted that for myself someday. And honestly, I came because I was a stressed out mom who struggled with impatience and needed something to help me show up calmer for my kids. Movement helped me with that in a way nothing else had. What I didn't expect was that yoga would end up changing my life from the inside out.
Throughout my teens and twenties I suffered from depression, overwhelm, and crippling anxiety. I tried traditional talk therapy, antidepressants, and anxiety medication. I was, honestly, a pro at avoiding discomfort. I distracted myself with exercise, alcohol, sugar, and anything else that could numb the feeling that something was wrong with me. None of it really worked.
It wasn't until I took my first yoga class in my late twenties that something shifted. What I came to understand over years of practice is that depression is often a disconnection from self, and yoga helped me reconnect in a way nothing else had.
I got my 200-hour certification in 2017, my 300-hour certification in 2019, and completed a four-year yoga therapy program that deepened everything. Today I draw from over 1,700 hours of training, and I am still very much a student.
Astrology came into my life in 2016 when I had my first natal chart reading and it completely rocked my world. I began formally studying Western astrology in 2020 and Vedic astrology in 2024. What astrology gave me, especially my Moon, was something I had been searching for and didn't know it: validation. It helped me understand why I feel so deeply, why I process emotions the way I do, and why sensitivity has always been at the center of who I am.
Yoga brought me back into my body. Astrology helped me understand my inner world. Together, they gave me a way to finally feel at home in myself. That is exactly what I want to help you find too.
A few things I know to be true after all of it:
The more I learn, the less I know for sure. There is more than one right way to do everything. And breath is the fastest way to create change. It can send you into a spiral or bring you all the way back to calm.
If any of this sounds familiar, I am so glad you are here. It would be my honor to walk alongside you. 🌙
