I’m a tea drinker, book lover, stargazer, and someone who finds deep comfort in life’s simple rituals. I love a quiet morning with a warm cup of tea, getting lost in the pages of a good book, or turning the music up and singing along to my favorite songs. Many nights you’ll find me outside walking my dogs, looking up at the sky and watching the Moon move through her phases.
I have practiced yoga for over two decades and have been teaching since 2017. Along the way I have completed more than 1,700 hours of training in yoga, yoga therapy, yin yoga, and yoga nidra. What began as a personal practice eventually became a path of study, reflection, and teaching that continues to unfold. I have always been drawn to practices that invite people to slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with their own experience.
Astrology entered my life through the same curiosity I’ve always had about the patterns that shape who we are. As a Pisces Sun with a Cancer Moon and Cancer Rising, my chart carries a lot of water — intuition, empathy, and a deep capacity to feel. Sensitivity has always been part of how I move through the world. Over time I became especially drawn to the Moon and the role it plays in our emotional lives — how we process experience, care for ourselves, and respond to the world around us. My Moon is one of the strongest influences in my chart, and I’ve come to follow her more closely than any other planet. In many ways, she feels like both a mother and a guide. Studying the Moon has deepened my understanding of emotional life and revealed how closely our inner rhythms mirror the cycles we see moving through the sky. 🌙
Nature remains one of my greatest teachers. The changing seasons, the movement of the Moon, and the quiet intelligence of the body all remind me that life unfolds in phases. Growth, rest, reflection, and renewal all have their place.
