Bloom to the Moon
A simple monthly reset to help you feel calm, clear, and more attuned to yourself.
Starting April 17 (New Moon in Aries)

This is for women who feel overwhelmed, overthink, and don’t know what to do with what they feel.
You don’t need more information. You need a simple way to handle how you feel.

Each month, you’ll follow a clear rhythm:
New Moon: reflect and set an intention
Movement: use yoga and breath to calm your body
Full Moon: notice what’s coming up and release it
Integration: apply it in your daily life

You’ll learn simple astrology through the Moon, why your feelings shift throughout the month, what your personal Moon says about your needs, and how to calm yourself when emotions arise.

15–30 minutes per week. Simple, repeatable, and easy to follow.
This is not a quick fix. It’s a monthly practice to help you notice what you feel and know what to do with it.

By the end, you’ll feel calmer in your body, think more clearly, and know how to respond when emotions arise.
