Want to gently move your body, dissolve tension, and release stress, so you can feel better for the rest of the week?

Join me Tuesday afternoons for a 60 minute class. Yin yoga postures are held for time, targets connective tissue (ligaments, tendons and fascia) and is a practice of surrender. It promotes and builds self awareness of body and mind.

We will be moving slowly, using blocks (bring your own blanket,eye cover or bolster if you'd like) to support your body. I offer modifications throughout, making my classes appropriate for all levels, including beginners. My teaching style includes thoughtful instructions, deep breaths, all woven into personal stories or wisdom I've gathered from other teachers. It's as nourishing for your body as it is for your spirit.
